she wants the old times,
she wants the rhymes,
the rhymes and jokes that used to make her bursting to laughter.
She wants the future,
she wants to figure out the ways it eventually turns out,
she wants to witness the outcomes,
the product of hard work and determinations.
She's here in the present,
she struggles to stand tall,
she holds on to herself,
she clings to her dreams,
she only wants to live and breathe.
